Caesar salad with hemp seeds

➡️ Chicken replaced by caramelised parsnips and carrots
➡️ Anchovies swapped for capers and Worcestershire sauce

INGREDIENTS
For the Caesar sauce (serves 4) :
🌿 1 soft-boiled egg
🌿 2 or 3 cloves of garlic
🌿 20g of Cannavie shelled hemp seeds
🌿 40g Parmesan cheese
🌿 olive oil
🌿 capers
🌿 4 tbsp Worschester sauce
🌿 salt, pepper
Salad garnish :
🌿 1 molet egg per pers.
🌿 1 large lettuce
🌿 1 Red cabbage
🌿 Caramelised carrots and parsnips
🌿 Raw chicory
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all the ingredients for the sauce together.
- Caramelise the parsnip slices and carrots.
- Arrange the boiled egg, lettuce, carrots, parsnips, cabbage and chicory on the plate.
- Garnish with your delicious Caesar sauce.
- Sprinkle with Cannavie whole hulled hemp seeds.
