II. Purpose of processing your personal data
By providing us with your personal data, you give us your express authorisation to process this information for the purposes indicated below. Your data is included in Cannavie's files and is processed with a view to managing our members and publications, the services offered to improve the quality of our services (selections, site suggestions, etc.), to inform you of new services and products from Cannavie and, very occasionally, from our partners selected by us. You may oppose the processing of your personal data at any time and without any justification.
III. Cookies
We will occasionally use cookies in order to provide you with a better service. A cookie is a small file saved by a website on your computer: this cookie can be retrieved during a subsequent visit to the same site. The cookie cannot be read by a website other than the one that created it. We use cookies for administrative purposes, for example to record your preferences for certain types of information or your access code, which will save you having to repeat the same keystrokes each time you visit our site. Most cookies only function for the duration of a single session or visit. None of them contain any information that would make it possible to contact you by telephone, e-mail or post. You can also configure your browser to inform you each time cookies are created or to prevent them from being created (certain services requiring cookies will then no longer be available).
IV. Publication and disclosure of your personal data
Cannavie may be required to disclose your personal data at the request of a legal authority or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulation. This would also include legal action brought against Cannavie and/or the website to protect or defend the rights or property of Cannavie, the website or Cannavie's users. Cannavie may need to disclose such data to intervene, in extreme circumstances, to protect the personal safety of Cannavie users and/or the Website or the public.
V. Retention of your personal data
In order to comply with its legal obligations or to have the elements necessary to assert its rights (accounting, taxation, access tracing, etc.), Cannavie may archive data under the conditions laid down by the regulations.
Personal data relating to the operation of websites managed by Cannavie is kept for 5 years in our computer databases after the last connection detected for access to our websites.
