Hummus with hemp seeds

Bring the sunshine to your aperitifs with this delicious Hemp Seed Hummus! ☀️

Tasty, healthy and easy to make, it's perfect for sharing with friends and family. family or friends, and make the most of the fine weather ahead!

🌿 RECIPE of hummus with hemp seeds

- 250g chickpeas
- 75g of Cannavie shelled hemp seeds
- two cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoons tahini
- juice of one and a half lemons
- 2 tablespoons ofCannavie hemp oil
- salt, pepper

Blend to a smooth paste. Add a dash of water if the mixture seems too dry.

Sprinkle your hummus with hemp seeds, black sesame seeds or anything else you like!

It's done in just 5 minutes!

  • 20g of Cannavie shelled hemp seeds
  • A small shallot
  • Radish
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • Salt, pepper, chilli
  • A little lemon

🌿 RECIPE Protein toast with hemp seeds

  1. Toast your slice of bread for a crisp finish.
  2. Cook the eggs hard-boiled or slightly soft-boiled for extra softness.
  3. Mix together the eggs, mayonnaise, shallots and diced radishes.
  4. Sprinkle generously with hemp seeds.
  5. Spread the eggs on the toast.
  6. Season with a little salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
