INGREDIENTS
🌿 2 slices of bread
🌿 2 Eggs
🌿 20g of Cannavie shelled hemp seeds
🌿 A small shallot
🌿 Radish
🌿 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
🌿 Salt, pepper, chilli
🌿 A little lemon
🌿 Whole hemp seeds for the garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toast your slice of bread for a crisp finish.
- Cook the eggs hard-boiled or slightly soft-boiled for extra softness.
- Mix together the eggs, mayonnaise, shallots and diced radishes.
- Spread the eggs on the toast.
- Season with a little salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with whole hemp seeds.
