Made by the talented sisters of Goffard Sisters in Alleur, hemp pasta is the result of a process of traditional craftsmanship made in Belgium and a passion for gastronomy. Certified organic by Certisys, they are carefully developed to offer unique flavours and a bold take on the classics.
The Goffard Sisters have signed up for a environmentally-friendly production. The pasta is dried slowly at a low temperature to preserve all its nutritional and organoleptic qualities. What's more, they are made from natural ingredients, with no added salt, preservatives, colourings or additives.

When you press hemp seeds are cold-pressed, we obtain on the one hand thehempseed oilon the one hand, and the dry residue of the seeds, called tourteau. It is then ground and sieved to obtain a very fine powder with a high concentration of complete proteins.
