INGREDIENTS

RECIPE FOR 10 to 12 MUFFIN 🍑

🌿 220 g flour
🌿 30 g Cannavie hemp protein powder
🌿 80 g butter (melted but not hot)
🌿 100 g brown sugar
🌿 1/2 sachet yeast
🌿 2 eggs
🌿 15 cl milk
🌿 6 apricots

FOR THE ICING 🧁

🌿 1/2 egg white
🌿 A few drops of orange blossom flavouring
🌿 +- 100g icing sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Start by mixing the sugar and eggs.
  3. Mix the flour, hemp protein powder and yeast and add to the mixture.
  4. Mix with the butter and milk.
  5. Add the diced apricots (reserve two handfuls for garnishing) and mix well.
  6. Spoon the batter into the muffin tins, sprinkle with the remaining apricot cubes and bake for 25 to 35 minutes, depending on your oven.
  7. When the muffins have cooled, decorate them with the icing.
