Hemp pasta with creamy mushroom sauce
What better way to celebrate autumn than with a comforting dish? 🥘🍂
The slightly hazelnut hemp is a perfect match for this creamy mushroom sauce, which adds depth and flavour to the dish. comfort in every bite!
INGREDIENTS
For 2 people
🌿 200g of hemp pasta
🌿 1 onion
🌿 400g mushrooms (wild)
🌿 3 garlic cloves
🌿 Parsley
🌿 250 cl crème fraiche
🌿 10cl white wine (optional)
🌿 Whole, shelled hemp seeds (optional)
🌿 salt, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop the onions, garlic and mushrooms.
- Sweat everything in butter or olive oil and season with salt and pepper. The mushrooms should be coloured.
- Once the mushrooms are golden but still tender, deglaze with white wine.
- Add the crème fraiche and chopped parsley and leave the sauce to thicken over a medium heat while stirring.
- Once your pasta is cooked, all you have to do is serve it!
