Directions for use hemp seeds
The shelled hemp seeds have a slightly nutty taste and a soft texture. They can be eaten in a variety of ways:
- For topping : On yoghurts, salads, smoothies or porridges.
- In your recipes : Sprinkle them on breads, muffins, energy bars and smoothies. Make your own vegetable hemp milk!

What difference between whole and shelled hemp seeds?
The shelled hemp seeds are in fact the shelled seeds of the hemp plant (Cannabis Sativa L.). In the mouth, they are more soft than whole seeds. They are also richer in fibres given that that they retain their envelope.
