Hummus with hemp seeds

INGREDIENTS
🌿 250g chickpeas
🌿 75g of Cannavie shelled hemp seeds
🌿 two cloves of garlic
🌿 1 teaspoon mustard
🌿 2 teaspoons tahini
🌿 juice of one and a half lemons
🌿 2 tablespoons ofCannavie hemp oil
🌿 salt, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend to a smooth paste.
- Add a splash of water if the dough seems too dry.
- Sprinkle your hummus with hemp seeds, black sesame seeds or anything else you like!
It's done in just 5 minutes!
