Hummus with hemp seeds

Bring the sunshine to your aperitifs with this delicious Hemp Seed Hummus! ☀️

Tasty, healthy and easy to make, it's perfect for sharing with family and friends and enjoying the warm weather ahead!

INGREDIENTS

🌿 250g chickpeas
🌿 75g of Cannavie shelled hemp seeds
🌿 two cloves of garlic
🌿 1 teaspoon mustard
🌿 2 teaspoons tahini
🌿 juice of one and a half lemons
🌿 2 tablespoons ofCannavie hemp oil
🌿 salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend to a smooth paste. 
  2. Add a splash of water if the dough seems too dry.
  3. Sprinkle your hummus with hemp seeds, black sesame seeds or anything else you like!

It's done in just 5 minutes!
